The signature cake of the house: thin layers of hojarasca (crisp Chilean pastry) with manjar (Chilean dulce de leche), walnuts and raspberries, topped with meringues and fresh raspberries. It gets booked ahead, never improvised.

Layer by layer, the way grandma made it.
- The hojarasca. Thin, crisp pastry layers: the base of the Torta Amor.
- The manjar. Chile’s classic dulce de leche filling, between every layer.
- Walnuts and raspberries. To balance the sweetness.
That’s why the Torta Amor isn’t baked the day you ask for it. It gets booked ahead.
